To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • 7-Day Window – You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unopened & Seal-Packed – Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original seal-packed condition.
  • Verification Process – Once the returned product is received, our quality control team will inspect and verify the condition. Only after approval will the refund or exchange be processed.
  • Processing Time – Refunds/exchanges will be initiated within 5-7 working days after verification.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice
  • Free gifts or promotional items received with the purchase.

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds (once approved) will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
